Summary: Crime is just a game to teenaged Newark car thief Jason Petty (Sharron Corley), but the game becomes a war when Lt. Emil Roscoe (Saul Stein) decides to take down Jason's crew by any means necessary. As the steadily escalating cycle of violence leads to its inescapably deadly conclusion, Jason's life of lawlessness will end the only way it can unless he beats the overwhelming odds against survival.
