Summary: Set during the Goguryeo dynasty, this Korean television drama covers some 700 years of Korean history as seen through the eyes of Jumong (Il-guk Song), a young hero destined for greatness in a world that's been torn apart. Han forces from China have splintered the ancient kingdom of Gojoseon, leaving a jumble of independent states in their wake. But does Jumong have a role to play in resurrecting the fractured kingdom?
