Summary: This powerful period drama follows a beautiful woman, portrayed by Deborah Kara Unger (CRASH), who becomes a victim of closed minds and bigotry in a small southern town. Unger's character is a single mother who balances the duties of raising a child with a career as a model, and she has to keep her guard up at all times as her young son is mercilessly bullied by some of the townsfolk.
