Summary: Lance Rockford (Dolph Lundgren) is a rugged Secret Service member hell-bent on bringing down any terrorist who dares to threaten America. But when a high-ranking government official goes missing, and the President (played by Jerry Springer) calls on Rockford to find him, he faces his toughest challenge yet.
