Summary: Starring Robert Patrick (TERMINATOR 2) and Teri Hatcher (DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES), THE COOL SURFACE is an erotic thriller that blurs the line between fantasy and reality. Jarvis (Patrick), a struggling playwright, returns to LA after removing himself from civilization to write his latest work. He finds himself living next door to aspiring actress Dani (Hatcher), whom he secretly observes, even in her most intimate moments, and begins to write a new play with her as its center. But when this new play equals success for Jarvis in the form of a movie deal, the tables turn as Dani takes an interest in him. Dani's seduction draws Jarvis into a world of jealousy, sex, and danger.
