Summary: A cop, exhausted from fighting a losing war against crime in Pittsburgh, decides to visit his old neighborhood in southern California. Once there, he finds that street gangs are waging war and innocent people are paying the price. Together with an unusual collection of locals, the former cop plan to take back their streets.
