Summary: Somebody shot a police officer seven years ago and now a small-time drug dealer sits on death row facing the electric chair. A photographer is hired to take a picture of the execution. When the execution is temporarily delayed, the photographer becomes investigator and uncovers some startling evidence which may prove the drug dealer innocent.
