Summary: In the future, cloning has become a routine occurrence. Dr. Oh (Pat Morita), a scientist at the Nova Corporation, has learned to control the minds of clones, but is promptly let go from his position. In order to get revenge on his former employers, Oh creates Takeru, the ultimate human killing machine. When the Nova Corporation learns of this, hire Madsen (Sam Bottoms), a ruthless bounty hunter to take care of Oh and Takeru.
