Summary: Rorke’s Drift was a mission station and former trading post located near the Mzinyath River in South Africa. Its defense by a handful of British soldiers against more than 4,000 Zulu warriors provides history with a tale of incredible courage and valor, qualities displayed by the brave men of both sides.
